I'm an author of dark fantasy and paranormal romance with stories that draw you in from page one. My current works are
The Horsemen Chronicles and The Bloodsong Series.
Within these worlds that I create, you will find unbreakable family bonds, darker aspects to humanity, shadow realms as well as passion, lust, strong FMC's and men who would risk anything for the women they love.
Among my favourite books to write are the slow-burn enemies-to-lovers, and why choose vampire romance.​​
My journey to becoming an author started from a young age, when my first creative writing attempt —a poem titled ‘The Mighty Oak Tree,’ —was published in my primary school newsletter. An avid reader with a vivid imagination, my Mum always encouraged me to keep writing. I proceeded to write poetry and short stories before discovering a deeper passion for novel writing and screenplays. ​
My love of vampire books started early with The Vampire Diaries, and it only grew with films like The Lost Boys. I soon discovered True Blood and Underworld along with the odd werewolf/wolf shifter book or movie, inspiring my own vampire romance stories.
In 2021, I adapted a screenplay I'd been working on, into my debut novel The Shadow Within, which was published in November 2023.​
I am a Melbourne-based author from New Zealand. As a reader and a writer, I'm drawn into the dark fantasy genre such as The Horsemen Chronicles, and paranormal vampire romance genres which you'll find in The Bloodsong Series. The stories I create are the novels that I would love to read myself.

I wrote the first draft of Bloodsong in just 11 days. Once I understood who my characters were, their story just poured out. This was the vampire novel that had been inside me for years, inspired by the stories I spent my life absorbing, just waiting to be written. I was a medium for my characters stories and they had much to say.

Like many authors, I balance my writing alongside a day job in which I work in the communications part of a marketing and digital team; by night, I'm a weaver of words, creator of worlds bringing forth stories that hold readers captive.​

Author's note:
The Shadow Within and Death's Shadow are situated in Medieval England, and to stay faithful to my characters and the world they inhabit, I've written the book in British English rather than American English. You may notice words like "colour," "honour," and "realise." These are not errors but reflect the unique English of a different time and place.

Bloodsong is set in Melbourne, Australia, and there is Australian and NZ lingo. You'll find words like Mum, rando, sweet as, and yeah nah. Some things may *seem* inaccurate to those in the northern hemisphere, such as it being winter in June. Believe me, when I wrote Bloodsong in June, it was very cold here in Melbourne!
The book itself is written in British English. We use U a lot in words, and sometimes S instead of Z like in recognise.
